or how to enjoy the internet in your own home
It’s been a long time coming. Almost two weeks since the zines got here. But After printing too many envelops and playing about with transparent envelopes and sending things out to my lovely patrons, zines are finally ready for human consumption!
These are hand crafted with love. (The hand craft part is mostly some physical jiggery pokery in amongst the poetical leanings that felt fun but not overly arduous. The zine itself is 24 pages of digital printing of Tokyo street photography + poetry + an A% mini guide).

To get your own copy and 15 copies for all your closest frenemies you have a couple of options:
Head over to the store on lauraavivar.com if you want to try once and see how nice it makes you feel.
Join the patreon gang of amazingly nice people because why wait?
And then?
So now that the first one is out the door, I’m actively poking at what to make next.
I’ve a bunch of ideas. As well as printing my photography, i’d love to get some collaborators in. I’d like to explore what else I can print into a lovely nice package (some more mini inserts, tiny art, other guides?!).
I want nicer paper (it’s already nice, but… can it be nicer!!?). More pages (if I can make it a viable hobby where I’m not haemorrhaging cash, that is already a win!).
If you’ve any thoughts on nice bits you’d like to see. Tell me!
But basically I want more nice bits. And if you do too, subscribe here or on patreon, or share this post. Any of that would be nice!
